As a lifestyle manager, you are the point of contact for high-net-worth families, responsible for seamless support across travel, events, wellness and complex schedules. You will develop client relationships, anticipate needs and execute with diplomacy and meticulous attention to privacy.
Coordinate luxury travel, private events and bespoke experiences
Build partnerships with premium service providers and manage requests
Oversee household and support staff for client families
Handle urgent and complex arrangements with discretion
Maintain strict confidentiality and data security
Minimum 5 years’ experience in high-end hospitality, lifestyle management or private estates
Proven ability to serve HNW/UHNW individuals or families
Fluent in English; multiple languages a plus
Organised, resourceful and service-oriented
